You agree to treat all pamperers with professionalism and respect
Appointments must be booked through the PMA platform
Payment is required before or at the time of service
You may cancel up to 24 hours before your session (see Refund Policy)
You must maintain active certifications for the services you provide
You agree to follow all local/state licensing and safety regulations
You set your own rates and availability, but agree to honor confirmed bookings
No soliciting clients for off-platform payments
PMA reserves the right to suspend any account due to abuse, fraud, harassment, or repeated policy violations
PMA is not liable for damages resulting from direct or third-party service failures
Clients and pamperers agree to resolve disputes in good faith before legal action
